Procedures for Exchange and Return

When you require for exchange and return service, please contact our Customer Service and please take note of the followings:

  • Return the original copy of the signed Delivery Note, Invoice (if any), other accessories and goods in a complete set.
  • Please fill in the Remarks on the list exchange or return, the reasons for returns, quantity of return goods and enclose the list after the signature.
  • Please send to the following address:
    Pusat Epal di Malaysia or HQ
    After we confirm the receipt of the return goods, we shall arrange for refund or exchange as soon as possible.
  • If the whole process of exchange and return are valid, we will refund or exchange with reimbursement of the shipment fee.
  • In the event that we can’t accept the exchange and/or the return, we will return the goods without reimbursement of shipment fee.

Refund Instructions

  • Paid by Online Banking
    We will refund the payment directly to your bank account or issue cash voucher to you.
  • Paid by Credit Card
    We will refund the payment directly to your card account or issue cash voucher to you.
  • Paid by PayPal
    We will remit the money to your paypal account or issue cash voucher to you.
  • Paid by COD
    We will remit the money to your bank account or issue cash voucher to you.
