Product Order

Shipping
a)Delivery Lead Time
1) After successful receive the payment, < www.epalstore.com.my > will process your order and make arrangement for delivery.
2) All delivery within Malaysia, including East Malaysia, will be carried out by courier services at our choice. And, the delivery lead time is within (3 to 7) working days from date of order confirmation.
3) Customer will be notified by our Customer Support Center once the product ordered been delivered via email or sms.
4) Customer should contact and inform < www.epalstore.com.my > Customer Support Center if do not receive products after delivery lead time.
b)Freight Cost
1) Cheapest and best courier services provider by our choice.
2) All freight costs for delivery are included and listed in the total amount payable in your purchasing cart.
3) All freight costs are prepaid.
c)Risk of Loss
All items purchased from < www.epalstore.com.my > are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to customer upon our delivery to the carrier.
d)Delivery damages or shorts
1) It is customer/recipient’s responsibility to inspect the condition of the carton(s) or parcel(s) immediately upon receipt.
2) If the carton or parcel is visibly damaged please make note of it in your delivery docket or slip.
3) Claims for short shipments and damages will not be accepted if the delivery docket or slip has been signed as arriving complete and in acceptable condition.
Returns of product
